Service Description
yangxigarb provides custom apparel manufacturing services including:
- OEM/ODM manufacturing of hoodies, T-shirts, and sportswear
- Custom design and pattern development
- Quality control and testing services
- Flexible packaging solutions
All services are provided in accordance with international quality standards including OEKO-TEX100 and ISO 9001 certifications.

Order Terms and Conditions
Minimum Orders
We offer flexible minimum order quantities (MOQ) based on product type and customization requirements. Specific MOQ will be confirmed during quotation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Generally, a deposit is required upon order confirmation with balance due before shipment.
Production Timeline
Production timelines vary based on order complexity and quantity. Estimated delivery dates will be provided with each quotation.
Order Changes
Order modifications may be possible before production begins. Changes after production starts may incur additional costs.

Quality Assurance

Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their designs, trademarks, and intellectual property. yangxigarb agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality of all client designs and information
- Not reproduce or distribute client designs without authorization
- Respect all trademark and copyright protections

Liability and Warranties
yangxigarb warrants that products will be manufactured according to agreed specifications and quality standards. Our liability is limited to:
- Replacement or repair of defective products within warranty period
- Refund of purchase price for products that fail to meet specifications
- Liability shall not exceed the total contract value

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Orders in production at time of termination will be completed unless otherwise agreed. Termination does not affect existing obligations or liabilities.
